I've been curious lately about the rear disc brake swap for Mavericks.

What master cylinder do you guys use for that?

I currently have the Disc/Drum setup.

I've got the Wilwood. Tried the stock disc/drum one, but I think mine was bad. It kept bleeding down. Went to the Wilwood and haven't had an issue since.

MNTony, is yours manual? What's the part number for the mc you used and how much $ did it run you? How's the pedal pressure?

I'm running a stock disc/drum master with '96 Grand Marquis rear disc brakes running through the factory proportioning valve.

I use a '91 Ranger m/c, no problems, and a Wilwood combo prop valve. M/C is 15/16" bore.

Mine is manual brakes. I used the Wilwood 260-8555 (standard natural color with black top) 1" diameter with 1.10" stroke. I've also got their adjustable brake proportioning valve 260-11179. This works great with my slicks and skinnies, but can be adjusted for any combination via the proportioning valve. I cannot take credit for discovering this though, it was someone on here that suggested it.
