Valance mod

    I first saw this done by Mark Gustavson back in 99 or so, and then just receintly by Fan2488 who posted pictures of his awsome car. I think it really cleans up the front of the car. It is fairly easy to do. The pistures are pretty much self explainatory. First I layed out the area I wanted to modify.

    Then I cut out the curved area and determined where I wanted it to be.

    Next I tack welded it and measured for the filler panel.

    Removing the doubt...

    It has been said that it is better to be silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt. Well...I've decided to remove the doubt by showing my ignorance on body work.:oops:

    What is the advantage of this modified valance to the stock? What purpose does it serve or what effect are you seeking? Is it something I would want to do? :confused:
