    Let us give thanks to all of them. As with all other special days, the focus seems to be on economics and reprieve from jobs. Lest not we forget those who have given all for our freedoms and to those who are now fighting to keep it. To paraphrase Scrapper 60's line, "Getting old is not for sissie's". This old guy says "Serving your country is not for sissie's either" To all our veterans everwhere, "Thank You" and you shall not be forgotten.

    I just want to extend a Happy Veterans Day to all the veterans on the board, and all who read here. We owe our freedoms to these brave souls, and cannot thank them enough. Well done!!! Give a moment of silence sometime during our busy day to remember those who are now engaged in combat, and those who have passed on to protect us.

    A big salute from the fat guy to the Vets. We forget that it is the soldier that protects our right to protest and ridicule with freedom of speech. The Constitution guarantees our right to free speech; but the soldier REALLY guarantees our right to free speech. Thanks Gentlemen.(y)

    I always attend our local veterans day ceremony, cept today. I just couldnt get out of my duties at work. I was there in thoughts though.
