    What is that mounted into?

    Mine does not have a stereo, so if that is the stock bezel, don't call me an idiot. But tell me where I can find one! I am about to put a sound system in my car.

    Thats the stock bezel for a package tray. Your cars is different scooper.

    As for the stereo we just put one of those in my wifes mustang, she loves it. My stereo is a couple years old and I am thinking of upgrading too one like that.

    I have that same stereo I like it. Once you mount it, it will be fine.

    Looks good, the chrome knob goes well with the interior of the car if stock.:thumbs2:

    The mav is gone but i'm still here!
    I ran a new unit for years but now I'm going back to a stock unit and mounting the modern one in a hidden location, they just look out of place in my opinion.

    Running both is my compromise, you get the retro look with modern performance.

    It doesnt look bad. Least it has a knob. I think all button-no-knob stereos look out of place.

    there the stock vinyl rear seats out of a 75 comet i just painted them black.

    I have the same bezel and I'm stuck between installing it and hiding the radio. Put it in and upload some more pics. Looks good to me.
