A little bit, I did a lot of work on that car. Wish I never sold it.

It went to St Paul Min area when I sold it.

    Later Joel

My Maverick is the first car I owned, Almost glad I didn't work on it to get it going when I was still in high school, Probably would have sold it at some point if I did. I remember helping Joel a lot on his though at the at the time.

Got the VIN on any papers anywhere? May even be able to go to your local dmv and do a back search of cars that were in your name. After you get that, you may be able to do a search for the car that way and possibly get a hit. Maybe even check with your old insurance company to see if they have it anywhere in their records. Worth a shot.

    good luck (y)
the vin is going to be about the only way to find the car unless its just destined to be with you.
Ive seen old trucks of mine in the scrap yard after I sold them so pray your car hasnt went tot he crusher.
Ive seen almost new cars go to looking like they belong in the junk yard in a matter of a few months so hopefully someone has either tucked that car away or has been taking good care of it.

yes, I have a photocopy of the title before I sold it.
It was a WI title when I had it, and I know it went to MN. don't know what happened to it from there.

I had a local cop run the VIN of a 73 Duster for me years after I sold it and it came back with the answer "not registered in the continental United States". Well, I figured that there was a 10% chance it went to Alaska or Hawaii, another country or became a drag only car. The other 90% told me it went to the crusher :(
