I had to share this little video my wife shot of the maiden voyage across the driveway into our new garage: Maverick Video (Be patient, it takes a minute to load on cable internet)! You will need Quicktime. **I've had several Mavericks in the garage, but our driveway hadn't been put in until last week. To get into the garage before this, I had to set up ramps:
ya know..if you look up the word "nut" in the dictionary...all you see is dougs' picture! you are the GREATEST doug!!!!!!!!! i don't think it is possible for you to do anything that wouldn't bring a huge smile to my face! this lastest.... it ROCKS!!!!!!!!
It's funny you say that. The time I went in the garage with my daughter's car (in the picture) like that, it was raining and very slippery (also very muddy). When the rear tires hit the ramps, the car slid to the driver's side and off the ramps. My door handle was less than 3 inches from the entry wall. I had to roll off and try again with defated tires. The contractor moved into my garage during the remodeling of our house and there was a stack of sheetrock just to the passenger side of the car. I didn't have much room to get in anyway, that's why I was so far to the side of the garage.
YESSSSSS!!!!!! Doug, I'm so happy for you concerning your new house. I'm definately jealous of your garage as it's at least three times the size of mine. Always happy when a good person accomplishes something great.
Man, that thing is huge!! A good sized garage for sure! Neat idea for the video too! Congrads on the new house, and good luck with the remainder!! Preston
That's not a garage. That's a small warehouse. Cool video. Congrats Doug. I only wish our garage was as big as that one.
If I told ya once, I told ya a million times. That garage is great for the average Maverick owner that has 3 cars or less. But for someone like you, its too small.
I got a couple of the cars in the garage now. I need to move some leftover lumber to get another Maverick and my wife's car in: .
Wow Doug...you da man, thats great..I half expected ya to put a little rubber down when you were pullin in
