wire welder and subframe connectors

would a wire welder do a good job at welding in subframe connectors, Ive gotten pretty decent at using it to weld other stuff on the car

 

All depends on what the welder can do. It should have a chart on it, for what thickness it can weld.

 

Yes just make sure to pentrate the metal

 

ok i will try and look for it, think i saw it on the inside of it some place

 

I read a post where a guy used these and fit perfectly not sure if the tabs have the same thickness as the wall of the tubing

What he said. Its all about Penatration. I weld 3/16" with my wire feed set on KILL. Never had a problem.
