I called Jeff last night and asked him if he would come down and help me chase some wires. he said he would be at my house around 8:30 AM...:thumbs2:
I called Earl this morning to tell him we were getting together and to see if he would like to join us...around 11:15 he pulled in...:thumbs2:
we chased down the wires on my car, put Jeffs new door seals on and ran down a vibration on Earls mav...
took a break and had lunch...

Car buddies are some of the best friends around. I had two guys from my local hot rod club come over and help with the Comet yesterday then today another one came by and helped me with it some more. I feel blessed to have friends that share a mutual love of cars as I am sure you do also.

Had a good time and enjoyed the company. Using your 2-post lift made getting the eyes on the bottom of the door a lot easier than laying on the driveway. I played around with my carburetor and timing last week and this was the first long trip I took and noticed my mpg has almost double.

Had a great time, and glad we could get all the cars in good running order. Look forward to next time!
