    Hello Everyone,

This is my first post. You've got a nice site here.

To be honest, the main reason I joined is because my dad passed away and left me a '70 Maverick. I thought this would be a good place to find a good home for it. I'm still figuring out how to navigate around the site, post photos, ads, etc.

    Thanks,

    Andy

Andy, sorry for your loss. Are you the fellow that called me a few weeks ago? Good luck with selling the car if that's what you decide to do. I'm sure a few of the members from the San Diego area will be on in a while.:Welcome:

I thought about it, but I really don't have the tools, know-how, or time to do it justice.

    Ditto !
I don't have tools either, and as for time some guys here have been working on theirs for 30 years or more, and still not done just ask around
I have actually rebuilt my motor using a 20 dollars worth of tools I got from Harbor freight. Not that my motor needed much other than some gaskets, and replaced, oil change, filters.. exc.. Gotta love the I6 's

It works I can see the pictures. Its a lil high on price for me but some one one here will like to purchase it. Great paint but lots of trim missing and bumpers are bent real bad.
