So today I started to take apart an old bucket so I could see what condition the frame is in. The bottom is rusty but nothing a little sanding and primer cant fix. I cant seem to figure out how to get the plastic backing off the top half of the seat, dose anyone know how? Once I get new foam and a new skin for it it will be as good as new

Yes ^^^ and 4 clips hold the seat back cover in place 2 at the top corners and 2 at the sides midway down...The clips are the same as the ones that hold the door panels in place. Just gently pry up the cover...It will come off...
