aussie...that car is near and dear to our hearts. Heck, I have "borrowed shoes" with it and ridden in it many times.

Here is a pic borrowing her "shoes"...Avatar pic, also.

I didn't like the tire size on my car, but the rims I really liked! And that shred missing from that left rear tire. My fault. Sorry...My car launches a bit harder than EileenII and I took a chunk out.

My car didn't set down over the tires enough, so there was too much space between the rubber and sheetmetal, for my tastes. But I bet a little taller profile rubber on those rims would have fit my car nicely!

hi scooper77515,it sounds like you love this car as much as i do, and trust me, it is now in good hands, looking at your rocket them "shoes" suit it too.....i am currently fitting a cam similar to yours and some alloy heads so hopefully the tyres will shred just like yours do! im thinking about dropping the height another inch or two but cant bring myself to roll the guards, or cut a hole in the oh so pretty hood for my parker intake manifold either! but i will look into purchasing another hood in the future. im trying to work out how to put up some pics but not real computer smart yet.....maybee ill have to call on my kids for that, cheers mate:pub:

Welcome to the site, it's a great place! Is that Eileen in your first post? If so, what kind of tail lights are they? It's tough for me to make them out.

Yes, those are from a 69 cougar with the vertical bars removed. I made them sequential with a kit i had to put together.
