IIRC, Motor Rim & Wheel original Magnum 500 was chrome with the semi-flat black center. Very similar to the Keystone "custom clasic" wheels of that time. MR&W sold the wheels to the big 4 of the day in 14 and 15" diameters and 6 & 7" widths. They supposedly made some 8" wide wheels for the GTX, but I've never seen them. In the early 70's, MR&W came out with a cheaper version of the Magnum 500. Same wheel, but painted instead of chrome. These were "upgrade" wheels for Maverick, Gremlins, Nova's etc.

The "alloy" wheels were similar to an Ansen Sprint with a bolt on center cap. I don't remember who made them for Ford, but it was either MR&W or Univeral Rim.
