200 i6 1972 year. I think the carb is original. I have a line from the distributor (the one closer to the cap) going to the top pts valve port, the 2nd line from the distributor going to base of the carb, middle pts port going to intake, botttom pts blocked. top port on carb blocked. line from trans to intake, 3rd port on intake blocked.

Any of these wrong? wrong pts valve ports from dist and intake? what about the carb ports?

From my website. Does it help. I admit, I didn't look it over closely to make sure it is year and engine sized appropriate for you.

not for my year. Mine doesnt have the amplifier or reservoir. It does answer the positioning for my egr valve on the distributor and such. Now I just need to know what port on the carb goes where.

With the engine running, one of those carb ports will pull a vacuum at idle, the other will only pull a vacuum when revved. The one that pulls at rev goes to the distributor. I usually just plug the other one, but it "might" go to EGR and stuff.

whats the difference between the last two diagrams? I see the difference but what is the difference in the running of the car? Also im not sure which nipple goes to where on the carb still. Since I have a port on the intake blocked could that go to one of the ports on the carbs as well? Guessing the intake would go to the one for idle and the one on the dist for the port for revving? how do i figure out which is which?
