    You need to have your java enabled in your internet explorer or netscape.

    Otherwise you can go to www.thepalace.com and download the program and then connect to 65.254.42.230 port 9998 if you need any help with it please let me know

    you have to click on the tools link in internet explorer and then the advanced tab and in the java and the multimedia section you have to enable the jit compiler and enable animations and sound then click on the privacy tab and click on the (overide automatic cookie handling), allow first party cookies and always allow session cookies.

    Thanks to Bill Gates being upset about the success of Java ... I don't believe current version of Windows include JAVA - it must be downloaded from SUN. Sure happy I got a Mac ... I was chatting there last night no probs.

    I went and downloaded the latest version of Java (found out mine was outdated)...then went into my "tools" tab and configured it the way Grabber75 explained...and still get an x !

    OK! i found out it use java virtual machine Not java that is built by Sun.......

    go here and download Jave VM by Microsoft

    That should fix the problem, I never knew there was a difference between the two programs but as always we (the little people) always pay for the big law suits
