    We have several members in E. PA and NJ. If you can get the address of the yard from the new owner and post it, I'm sure he will get some of our business especially if there are any Mavs/Comets there.

    Here is what he emailed back to me. Sounds like rusted cars but like I said, worth checking if you live in the area.

    "Eric, That's great! I'll try to help if I can. I know there is 1 grabber up there, a couple mavericks, 1 comet. and old comets. My addy Jackie O'Brien 1418 N George St. York, PA 17404 or e-mail me at Jdaytona93@aol.com. Tell them to give me about a week to check for the parts. I have 2 other jobs and I'm doing this for a friend. Most of the sheet metal is gone on these cars, ok.

    Two 1973 LDO Mavericks (one 4 Drag one 4 driving like Mad on the roads :) ) also have a 75 6cyl Stock! Ok, well sort of Stock :P
    that maverick deserves the rust.. its got a chevy USA plate on it! :D

    Looks like a nice set of headlight doors. I've pulled (literally) hood lip molding off rustier hoods than that.

    Here's the reply I got about visiting the junk yard...


    Barry, How about next Sat. or Sun. depending on the weather.Just let me know .Plan on spending about 2hrs up there. Not much good sheet metal. Wear boots it might be muddy and tic spray. TY Jackie

    "Jackie" is a girl. The last email I received from her, indicated she didn't know much about Maverick's, as she was a "Mopar Girl".
