Who got their pictures in the December '04 Popular Hot Rodding Magazine? Two good looking Mavs were featured, with "Maverick-Comet Club" listed.

For you guys that have had your car in a mag ... what is the lag between submission of photos and it actually appearing? Do they notify you before it hits the newstand?

Dan, Once you send pictures to the magazines or have your car shot by a magazine it can take 6 months to a year before you MIGHT see it. No they do not notify you. Just gotta buy the subscriptions and watch for it. Once they have pictures of your car they have the right to use them in any way they please. Such as a picture of my car appeared above a story (I believe it was written by Craig Selvey or was it Dan Starns) in Mustangs and Fords Magazine.

A friend of mine had his Torino in Mustang & Fords a few years ago. He said it was over a year from the time they took the pictures to the time it showed up.
