So today,me and my dad started to tear down the 73 comet gt. Encountered some problems. there is a rust hole under the Aluminum trim in the windshields driver side upper corner, which we have to take care of. We took down the headliner too, and we decided to re-do the headliner. Also found why water is getting in around the windshield (besides the rust hole), all of the weather stripping is dry rotted. We also took all of the vinyl top off, i hated the white top.Does anyone know where to find the followin things 1) Weather stripping/gasket for the windshield and the back window. 2) A headliner kit, for the bow hung headliners. 3) Trim piesces for the inside of the car. 4) Original handles for a 73' comet gt If anyone can help it will be muchly appreciated!!
