    Hey there! Glad to become part of this forum. It's actually my very first forum, so I may be a bit ignorant at first when it come to navigating.

    I bought a 1974 Maverick from a guy I met here at college. It was bought by the family brand new- I am the second owner. She's been sitting for a year an a half and fired right up after a little fuel in the tank and carb. I drove her for an hour, non-stop with no issue's. I am still quite surprised of how smoothly she ran and how easy she fired up! It's amazing.

    This is my third project, the others were trucks and I didn't get much into them. I bought this car for 500.00 -a great deal really considering her shape and records my friends grandparents kept most the paper work and maintenance records. The owners manual is still in the glove box! :thumbs2:

    I am looking for some paint ideas and other performance idea's. I do want to dress her up some and race her out a little. Idea's and thoughts? ...always welcome. Thanks, and thanks for having me! I got pics on my computer and will post them when I get back to my dorm. Take care, Keith :)
