77 Comet - sons first car

    My son loves classic cars. We just bought a 77 Comet needing brake and exhaust work for his first car. $1100 including chrome mags from previous owner. Now we begin the adventure of cleaning it up, getting it all legal and reliable, and enjoying some classic 70s mini muscle car vibe! (on a shoestring budget, btw.)

    PS - the car got its name because when we bought it the exhaust was cut off just ahead of where the catalytic would have been. Plenty loud!
