I picked up a BOSS 302 engine & have some parts I can find no info on.
Thought maybe someone here might know of the company ?

    Flywheel is E&R 1011

    Clutch is E&R 1670

Would like to know more about the parts, in case I should plan on replacing them. Motor has less than 5000 miles on it.
    Thanks !

It is possible that that is a marking from a previous owner. I know many mark their parts before sending them to a machine shop to help insure they get their own stuff back. The parts were possibly sent with the engine for balancing.

Probably ER Auto Pvt Ltd. They make clutch parts.

Googled it & shows the company is in India ?

I don't think the stamping is from a personal direction.
Parts would have been purchased in the early 70s (?) so maybe the company is long gone.
If that is the case, I may replace them due to unknowns and age ?

Yes they are in India but they are a major INTERNATIONAL supplier of a lot of different parts for several different types of applications. Motorcycles, cars, big trucks and the list goes on.

Engine likely was raced lots. Cam is a Ford DOZX-6250-B & has TRW 12.5:1s. Stainless comp cam roller rockers and more...
If I can do so on a B2, I'll be changing the flywheel out for a 157 tooth. The one pictured is 164 tooth.
    Also has the Shelby 2x4 intake & a pair of 1850 / 600 cfm .

Are you going to have a "Maverick with a Boss 302 engine" that actually has a Boss 302 engine? LOL

    Nope.

Going to have a 1972 Pinto with a real BOSS 302.

My car actually had one in it before. A guy in central Alberta bought it for the engine. He pulled it out & sold it to another guy that built a 302w for it. That guy had a heart attack & decided to start selling his "toys".

I scooped it up quick, as I knew where a B2 engine was sitting.
Bought it & now in the process of making it a B2 Pinto again. Only better.
    New engine has more/better "goodies".
