Thats my question. I have a 76 Mav project in pieces and a 72 comet that had its windows vandalized. The comet would benefit more from the driver door glass and quarter glass at this point.

anyone got some info for me?

It is my understanding that they all fit. The only different pieces are like bumpers and related. Then different dash styles like tray and glove box. 69.5 and maybe 70 something about rear seat. Can't think what else but I do believe all glass is the same.

Excellent, my 76 Mav will be donating its driver side glass to my 72 Comet shortly then.

    Thanks blugene, appreciate it

I only been around a Maverick for 3 or 4 years and I don't part cars out. I've personally seen 2 different bolt/pin patterns on the side glass.... Also seen different parking light mounts, parking light lens, headlight buckets, headlight trim, instrument gauges, steering boxes, gas caps, ect. Kinda makes you think they no two Mavericks exactly the same. I would like to see a list of all the changes made throughout the years.

As Jeff said....the door glass "holes" could be different. Quarter glass is the same.

Alright thanks for the heads up everyone. It wouldn't have been to much a problem since I own both cars but I found another solution.

Someone not far from me is selling a 69 1/2 (claims) maverick for parts (no title) and I am going to go snatch the doors, fenders, and bumpers with brackets for a fair price. I would take the whole car but I dont have a trailer or more importantly the space to store it.

Anyone want me to check something out or pick something up for them? I will post an actual topic shortly. Last time I posted a topic the deal fell through unfortunately.

Just to remind you of the obvious, most of the 72' and earlier mavericks utilize a different inner door mechanisim setup then the 72 LDO(it was only the newer style on the 72 LDO cars) and 73 and up mavericks.
