Just wanted to know if there is still an interest in any West coast maverick /comet folks getting together again for the 3rd annual meeting at Mission Raceway for Racing and a show and shine .If anyone would be interested in coming to the event Sept 10 and 11(Sat and Sun) please make a post and let me know .If there will be a good turn out i will host it again this year ,i will need a good number count by July 15 to make this happen.Cheers Jimmy
Whats cool is that mission raceway has a live feed camera at their racetrack, I follow two guys that race there http://www.ustream.tv/channel/missionraceway I don't know if you know them but there two Honda guys with fast 10 second street cars. A light blue one and a red one. But if you guys race there we could watch you race via video in real time
Yep we do cool, so keep an eye out for us... I am planning on being there this year. Just ordered my new engine mount today. should be in on Tuesday.
Kathy & I are planning on being there. I'm working on John who has a 72 Grabber drag race car "Lil' Thunder". Looking forward to have "Blue Thunder" & "Lil' Thunder" do a side by side run. He only has a 302 & 4 speed. Hoping to have the best showing from the states...
I was there on saturday and there was only 4 of us from the club but there were 3 others racing. I didn't take any pictures so can't help you there. I went to a small show in Ferndale sunday and won best in class. There was some good racing though on sat.
