Last night i was watching an older movie called Thunderheart. Its about the FBI and murders on the reservation in South Dakota. Its like a 1992 movie but in the beginning there are 2 FBI agents and they arrest a man named Jimmy. They go to his house and try to get in and Jimmy runs and they start shooting. When all the shooting is taking place they are running through some old abandoned cars and there is a few Mavericks in the bunch. One may have been a Comet. Anyone seen this movie and these cars?
Watching it now. And when the car chase that leads to the final scene starts, Val Kilmer's character side-swipes his govt. issue Caprice/Impala into a older Chevy truck chasing him and the truck runs off the road, and unfortunately, plows into a blue Maverick. Solid rear quarter panel hit....that Maverick's probably still sitting out there in the badlands where it was filmed, wasting away
