You know I am sure if I read through the forums I would probably find this question, but sitting here with my first "cup of Joe", feeling a little lazy, so let me ask: What have all you Maverick/Comet owners found to be the best place to find and purchase Maverick/Comet parts, e.g. body panels, interior accs., door knobs, gaskets, carpeting...you know what I mean. I know Whitney has some and there are others who part out cars, but I guess what I am asking is the "Top Ten" of suppliers. Ok, thats it, look forward to some of the replies...time for a refill, later

Very good, I will copy and keep that list:

If I may add one. Back a few years ago I was restoring a 70's Comet and found and purchased some parts from Chuck at the "Maverick Connection"., not sure if that is the correct name of his biz but I think so. Anyway he is located in West Virginia. I live in Ohio and he is about a 3-4 hour drive but has tons of Maverick/Comet parts, orgiginal etc. and is extremly knowledgebable and helpful when and if you have any quesitons., but again thanks for the list and they are now saved in my Maverick Folder.....take care.

I buy from members here in the Classifieds as much as I can (y)

Ebay if I want it bad enough

Autokrafters for whatever new parts have been reproduced for the Maverick and they just might have in stock or you're really not in any hurry to recieve :hide:

CJ Pony Parts for Mustang parts that I can make fit the Maverick :hmmm:

Craig's List for local sellers or at least distances that I can afford to drive to these days :chirp:

Like mentioned AK for repops/new, Ebay and this forum. Thats about it for myself.

Without a doubt this Forum tops the list.

I like National Parts Depot. No Maverick catalog, but the loads of Mustang parts will work. Then my next choice would be this place.

Yes, I forgot about NPD - used them many times and their Mustang catalog layout is 1st class.
