comet to maverick

    I have a 75 comet but I like the maverick front end better(flat in front instead of the center nose coming out) wondering if a 75 maverick hood and grill will just bolt on or if they are different?

    There is another bracket behind the front grill of the Comet that would have to be removed, but otherwise it will all bolt right up. The front bumper sticks out farther on a Comet than a Maverick, and the stone guard beneath the grill is different. those might give you some issues as well.


    Also....You are also in luck. The Maverick Comet Club International, Inc. (MCCI) will be holding their 18th Annual Roundup Nationals in Dearborn, Michigan July 20-24. You will see lots and lots of Mavericks and Comets. You will have to plan and attend. More details can be found at www.MaverickCometClub.org
