    Just would like to say hi to everyone im a newby.Ive just started on my grandmothers 1970 maverick 6 cylinder with factory air she bought new.Its a little rough from sitting for 15 years but i got her running.

    hello my name is Eric and I have a 1970 maverick grabber 302 c4. Question. When I dropped the transmission filter there was a small , what looks like a bolt but has no threads is it a guide pin? And where does it go?

    There should be a spring also it goes under the filter into the valvebody
