    good news is...my guy at the salvage yard called today. he said they got a Mav. in and if i wanted to look at it he would set it aside. i told him i would be out to look at it.
    I called Mike to see if he wanted to ride and he said yes.
    when we got there this is what we saw...

    '72 Grabber
    6 cyl.
    C-4
    4 new tires w/stock beauty rings and hubcaps
    all new frontend parts
    new brakes
    98% rust free
    new front seat covers

    My take ...
    Owner practically gives car away to junk yard for price of metal, not knowing what they have ... Junk yard guy gives Frank a call ... Frank gives Junk yard guy modest some of money and takes ownership of a nice '72 grabber project ... Some of us give Frank kudos for the score and others give him grief because we're jealous :D
