6 cyl. ???

could one of you 6cyl. people tell me what the diff. between a late mod. 200 head and a late mod. 250 head is.
i want to put the 200 head on my 250 block with a 250 carb...thanks...frank...

 

What year is the 200 head and 250 head ? Some of the heads are the same .

 

Frank, did you check www.fordsix.com? It's been a while but, I know they have a few tech articles on their website. I could be wrong, but I was always under the assumption, it fit without a problem.

the 250 is 77' and the 200 is 80'.

Ok thats about the best head you can get next to one from down under . Make sure you have it milled at least .030 , .060 would prolly be better , new valve seals would be a for the best too.
