What type of tranny fluid?

    Normally on the dip stick says the type of tranny fluid to use. This dip stick is from china and not the correct one. It does say mercron 2 but I dont trust that. Does anyone know what type is needed for a 79 LTD transmission? its a C4 and I think 3 spd.

    Type F is the only type that should go in a c4.:)
