70MAVERICKGURU It's about time I registered. Just finished my 70 and now working on an 80's throwback tunnelram Boss 302 engine to slip in.

:Welcome: Not gonna stick with the inline-6? I think it looks awesome in your mav! Definently NOT what I expect to see under the hood.

You get that image or idea in your head and you just got to get it out. You know. But you are right I am getting alot of good feedback on the six. P.S. thats my Mustang net to it. It has a stroked Boss 302.

Where are you getting all these boss engines? The most I could ever afford is just a clone(clevor).

I have been collecting Boss 302 stuff forever. I use the Motorsport R blocks, stroke them with Scat forgings, H beam rods, and JE custom pistons. This time I will get the pistons from Tim Meyer. I have 3 pair of Boss heads, 2 Offenhauser and 1 Weiand tunnel rams as well as 1 stock intake. The headers are FPA, the make a fantastic header that is no lower than a Lakewood belhousing. The engine in My mustang is 347 cubes 14.2:1 with an Axtell roller cam and Jesel rockerarm shafts. If you are interested I'll pop some pic's. just added a photo of it in my gallery.

Still would like to know how you connected the six to the top loader ! Could we get pics of the under side trans and rear end? How did you lower it. My other 70 is a boss also.:tiphat: :comet::chirp:
