    Picked this up today ... NOS Stainless Steel Gas Cap. Funny how the Deluxe Gas caps are incredibly easy to get NOS and the standard ones aren't ....

    Never gonna happen for that low a price .... I have two show quality nearly NOS caps (no boxes) I can let go for $50 each ... nothing less ... I could get more on eBay but helping out the maverick.to crowd here .. :)

    Nah ... I plan on holding onto it unless Earl needs it for is Grabberized 69.5. In my opinion it is more valuable than the Deluxe caps ... I personally have never seen one of these caps NOS before this one .... Deluxe caps are a dime a dozen ... they are all over eBay ... Just ask Earl ... he's been trying to find one of these forever! :)

    Wow ! Dan, I never realized just how shiney they are supposed to be! I gotta go out and get mine now and start polishing on it ...right now it kinda has a spun aluminum finish:rolleyes: :smash: :slap:

    Has anyone made or seen a billet aluminum cap? I think that would be sweet, especially engraved with the logo.:cool:
