So all the research I've done has lead me to believe that I can get away with a 15" x 10" wheel with a 5.5" BS on a stock width Maverick Rear end. I'm gonna mount a 275/60/15 Drag Radial. Does anyone have any experience with this? I'm running a built 8" right now with a 4.11 locker. The 14x6 magnums are useless so I'm going with Pro Stars. Thanks guys!

i belive that the 10" wheel will make the tire to wide by pushing the side walls out. i have that size tire on a 8" wheel and it just fits with the fender lips rolled and pushed out a little. it still will rub some on a hard bump.

So I guess an 8" might be the way to go.

a 15x8 with a 4.25 bs should be really close to what you need. i have 4.5 bs wheels and with the stock 8" i had to use 1/4" spacers to keep the tires from rubbing the innner wheel well. i switched to a 65 mustang 9" wich is a little over 1/2" wider and had a clearance problem with the outer fenders. thats when i pushed the fender lips out about 1/2" inch on each side after rolling the lips

The mav is gone but i'm still here!
You can't get away with 5.5 BS(unless you use a spacer). 4.5 is the most on average. My car will only accept 4.25.
