    Hey!

I am just checking back in for an update on the Stallion that was purchased in Chattanooga last Fall. How do you like it? Have you done any work on it? I tried to find the thread from last Fall, but it looks like it rolled off.

I'm sorry, but I don't remember buyers forum name.

'Just curious how things are turning out.

I am glad to hear that Ray feels the mileage is original. It really looked like it could be original when I saw it.

Yes, my son is driving it every day right now. He's saving up a little money so I can put a nice paint job on it. The car runs and drives perfect!!! :Handshake

Amazing! It must have been driven relatively recently. The first of two 67 Mustangs I bought from the same guy is now up and running but it took awhile to get it back to working order. I rebuilt the carburetor, replaced all the brakes and master cylinder, new tires, water pump, fuel pump, belts, hoses, radiator, and some other stuff that I forget at the moment. It is a great little unrestored car, with only 53,000 miles on the clock. Purrs like a kitten. The original paint job and interior are still beautiful.

Maverickdragger, my second Mustang will need a paint job once I get finished with the engine rebuild. You have any crazy good deals on painting a tired old Mustang? :)

I was amazed. I figured the carb would be leaking, tranny would be leaking, and all kinds of crap. Heck, I haven't even put spark plugs in it yet. No leaks including the power steering. We did an oil change, coolant, belts and hoses, tires, and I did wind up having to change the radiator. That's been pretty much it so far. Thanks again for putting me onto it. :Handshake
