I would be thankful if someone has the time to measure front fender to the back fender running under the door.(2 door maverick) There has been a lot of talk of using the 68 mustang running boards with exhaust cut out but no one ever posted the measurements. My car's at the painters right now so I can't take the measurements myself.

    Thanks

Ive never seen a 68 mustang with side exhaust covers(except for eleanor). If your talking about the SVO ones those are from a SN95 stang. And theres a whole thread about it. I think the maverick is 5 whole inches shorter than the first gen ponies.

Ok if the numbers I have are right the length is 73 inches, the molding for 68 mustang measures 77.5-78 inches.

I have side moldings off 96 mustang but they are in rough shape. The fork lift damaged them so I'm thing of finding a better set and use the damaged ones as extensions.
