Shut off

    No. I don't have the tools to do it or a mechanic to do it for me atm. Would it get out of whack from just sitting for six months?

    It didn't have a problem (idling) until I tightened the throttle solenoid thing that was flopping in the breeze. :hmmm:

    it shouldnt change from just siting. was it set or checked 6 months ago?

    It certainly was at some point around 6 years ago. ;)

    Until now, I haven't really touched it since going off to college in '04. I used to drive it every day in high school back then. I know we had a new timing chain put on and set since I've got the old one in the trunk. Unfortunately our old neighbor and mechanic of choice is in prison for unspeakable things for another few years...:sarcasticclap:
