There was one at the roundup,, it was cool. I asked the owner if the 300 was hard to fit and install. He simply said YES, But in the end they will fit.

LOL, I think that was english. ;)

500hp from a 300 six? You didn't mention whether the turbo or blower came with it.

If that motor is for real, I'd look for an F150 to drop it in. You will regret a move into a mav. More headaches than you need. Unless you have like, a setup like those guys on "Monster Garage".......or something.

if those are the correct, or close to real stats. Sounds like a real good buy. I didn't know you could get a 200 six to realize 300 ci. The 250 is the same block. So maybe it's just bored . Stroking that mill is new to me.

3/4 of the way to putting in a 302?? well.....take that amount times 2....and that wil put you about 3/4 of the way to putting in a 300-6.

    :D

By putting a 300 in the Maverick, you are putting in a longer engine. To me, longer engines are harder to make fit than a wider engine.

If I'm not mistaken, it is also taller so you may have air cleaner clearance problems.

If it is a 200cu in block, it will bolt right in, no problem. Sounds like a winner to me!!!
