intake spacers

    A guy stopped yesterday, has a 77 mav. and a 351 he wants to mate. he was saying the intake he has when set on the motor, you can see the tops of the intake ports. sounds like a 302 intake? told him that they make spacers for that, but i don't know who makes them? can anyone tell me. Told him to check out this forum. if he had any questions ,figure you all could help. thanks, ss

    Actually i think he said it was an edelbrock. i think it is a 302 intake he is trying to put on a 351.

    I know a friend of mine had a wieand mini blower on a 351, the intake was for a 302 . he had some spacers between the head and the intake. wondering who makes them?

    Dunno.

    351w intakes are pretty cheap.
