I have the opportunity to get some nos rechromed bumpers for my 73 Mav and need to know the width, or if there is a part number stamped on the back side. My car is in storage and I won't have time to measure the bumpers, so if any of you guys have your Mav at home could measure them I would greatly appreciate it. I plan on getting bumpers for a 71/72. This yard near me has 500 sets of these bumpers all wrapped in paper and soaked with oil or something for protection. He says they have a bunch for all years of Mavs plus other cars. Good price too, 50 bucks apiece! Please let me know. Thanks! Robert

50 bucks a piece for Small bumpers? you better go buy as many as you can. Why would you need the measurements if they know they are for a Maverick? should be pretty easy to tell.

Well, not all of the bumpers they have are for Mavs and they are not marked so I just don't want to end up with a front for a Vega or Pinto and a rear for a Mustang, know what I mean? I'm not completely familiar with Mavericks just yet, I only had mine a month before having to hide it from the weather.

alot of people on here will buy those up at $50 a piece. someone will pop up soon with the dementions. you would be wise to buy every small maverick bumper he has. you could easly and quick more than double your money by selling them on this site.
