71 grabber looks to be all stock and original, 302/2 bl ac,ps column shift c4.
Interior is fair, front seat needs recovering rear seat looks very good, needs a headliner and a package shelf .
has a few rust spots... top edges of rear wheel openings,,bottom of drivers door and the front lip of the hood.
I have seen mention of saving the grabber hoods by grafting a lip from a standard hood to it ??
Not being a body man if the rust in the wheel openings is minimal would it be practical to do the bondo filler route after grinding away the rust...I dont see the need for whole 1/4 panels just from what i can see as it sits.

any thoughts on what an offer to make ?? car has only been parked a few months this year tags are still on it

Going without pics and translating your views of the car, I would say over a dollar and under $2,000 would be a safe start. Seriously though from what you are saying, $1500 to $2,000 would be a good price to offer and do a little dickerin', that's the fun part.:bananamanStart reasonably low and go up, sellers don't usually tell you that your offer is to much.:biglaugh::biglaugh:

If you use bondo to fix the rust you will just make more work in the future, it won't last and likely will make it worse.

Before a value can be placed on it,have you checked out the frame rails, torque boxes, cowl vents, etc.? Pics would def.help.
