Maverick Origin?

i was looking on the sticker inbetween the door on my maverick and it says it was assembled in canada. so would that mean its a canadian maverick?

 

Canadian produced Mavs were sold in the states and Canada.

 

My Dad has had 3 Ford trucks that all 3 have been assembled in Canada also. Thought that was interesting

 

Guess that means you have one of those dang Imports.

 

Just means you have to drink Canadian beer and wear a toque when you work on it.

My 69.5 was built at the St. Thomas Ford plant in Canada

 

Whats the DSO? That will tell you where it was sold.

 

ufortuanatly i dont know what you mean by DSO (im a bit....inexperinced) and it wont be till later this week i can get to the car (its with my dad)

 

Its fairly simple, look at that same door sticker. Now look at the bottom right hand corner, you will see DSO with a number on the bottom of it. Post up the number and we can tell you the area where it was sold. You can also post up all the info if you want, most of us MavFiends can decode them off the top of our heads
