Probably all those malware bugs on your computer.

Mine completes searches is less than 2 or 3 seconds. Or quicker.

 

he's talking about the time you have to wait in between two searches. iirc that used to be 10 seconds...

 

OH!!!

That is most likely a security against spammers.

Usually when they put a time lag on actions, it is to keep automated spammers and professional spammers at bay.

Otherwise they may bog this system down with hundreds of searches back to back scoping out victims.
