Should I be worried? I am not sure I can keep the mav from rusting away until this date. :D

Anyone know where I can get a pair of BFG Radial T/As in 215/60r15 without a 275 year wait?

Did you try Costco? I bought mine there, they were priced good.

I don't have any costco around here. I guess I can try Sams, or see where the closest Costco is. There HAS to be one in Houston somewhere.

It appears that BFG is going to stop making these, or at least in this size. Sound about right?

I think I found them at Sams. We will see if they actually show up after 3-5 days.

I had to increase size from 215/60r15 to 225/60 in order to actually order a regular old Radial T/A and not a Long Trail Radial T/A.

They've really slimmed down the sizes. They closed a plant up here, and move the equipment to some other country (not the USA) so, as much as I like them, I think next time, I'm searching for something else....
Coker tire has a decent selection.

The mav is gone but i'm still here!
Its kinda off topic but i got to drive my friends car(66 mild289 stang) this past weekend with a set of mickey thompson sportman ST street radials and they ride just like the radial TAs! I have those on my maverick. Im going to get a set as soon as i upgrade my wheels. The price is about the same as the BFGs and they have a wide thread patch!

I am only getting Radial T/As so that they match all the way around with white letters
    out.

Next time I won't care and will be buying all 4 tires at the same time.

This time, I started with used 195/50 which drug on everything, so I went to a used tire store and bought crappy 195/60, then up to 215/60 before I quit dragging on everything. That is the only reason my front tires are worn and don't match.

Apparently, the only Radial T/As I can easily get my hands on are 226/60 which will raise my car a touch, and be a little harder to steer...
