    Not So Much.

Hey, so it really depends on how much work it needs.

If it's road worthy and still needs body work intirior paint or tires then it is way to high.

On the other hand, if it is pristine and you could take it to a car show then yeah it's a really good deal.

You can get a Maverick in daily driver condition for about a thousand dollars and a rebuilt 302 for about $1200.

The real question is are you willing to pay $3000.

    I hope this helps.

If you search on ebay, under completed items, for the car and the engine you will get a really good idea owhat things are actully selling for.

I still say that $3500is too high. I'd offer the guy $2500 and let him work it to around $2800. You might really want the car though so don't let price be the reason you miss out on something so cool. If you want the car and can pay the price then go for.

It looks like a great ride.

Hey Dennis, why don't you go check that out and let us know. I certainly don't need another one but I do really like the paint scheme on that one.

I would say that for our area (the area that car is in) That is actually a pretty good price for a car in that shape. There aren't a lot of Mavericks left in Maryland and the ones that are here "were" commanding pretty premo prices. I have started noticing over that last year or two that I am seeing more and more of them coming out of the wood work. people are starting to dig the Mavericks out of the barns and garages and out of the back yards where they have been parked forever and selling and putting them back on the roads.

In the picture, it looks like there isn't any quarter panel behind the right rear wheel.

^^^ I noticed that too, also look at the front fender. Is there something going on with the front fenders under the bumper tuck too or is it I have not payed attention in a while. LOoks like its missing a fender extension or something.

Also front hood drivers side either has a weird reflection or something is wrong there as well.

It looks like the car has potental but not worth the asking price IMO. I would fear that theres ALOT of issues once you really look at it.

And that yellow carpet looks terrible to me! But whatever floats there boat LOL
