Can't Stop Taking Pictures

    The more I look at the Maverick the more I like the body lines. What a neat little car!!

    Ordered the Sprint blue cloth material for the seats today from SMS and having it shipped to Fred Carello. He'll do the covers for my bucket fronts and original back seats. In the meantime, the front bench is back in place so I can drive it. Holding off on carpet installation till bucket seats go in to avoid extra holes.

    It's going for a dyno tune on Thursday. Its not running all that well with out-of-the-box parts from Holley rebuild kit and untouched HEI distributor. Hope its smooth as silk by Thursday evening.

    I gave it one last pass with rubbing compound by hand and will put some wax on it tomorrow.

    Looks great! Thanks for sharing. IMO our mavericks had the best body style of any of the domestics in the 70s.

    I love the sprint colors, my "perfect maverick" would be a V8 sprint with a grabber hood and spoiler, yours looks great!!!
