Okay! I have perused the posts and pics but I don't see any
boasts about who beat who at the Round Up Grudge matches!

    Who beat who?

How did my man and state rep Stephen Moore do?
Did a Comet GT spank any butt half way down that
    1/4 mile track?

I could beat Doug Bauer's Comet GT off the line....but by the eighth mile he would catch me...and by the 1/4 he would be just ahead of me. We raced several times with the same outcome each time.

well, the races really did not get to "pan" out like we had hoped. The rains came in just when some of the guys were getting dialed in and some left and some stayed.
I had a slight issue with a cracked spark plug and until it got a little dark and Dave seen it arching I was a slow puppie.
Steven and Jim made a real nice NOS pass.
None of the fast cars was running what they can......very very slick track. I never took my mufflers off and I had a best of a 1.60 something sixty foot and my car usually 1.40-1.41 sixty foot.

I raced my 03 F20 desiel. Turned a 16.761 @82.42. Not to shabby considering I had about 1000lbs of cargo in the bed.

I don't really remember lining up with anyone.....I was just concentrating on getting the car down the track......

I layed down my best and only 1/4 mile time with an 11.10 @ 120 mph (all motor).

My nitrous pass was a 6.45 in the 1/8th and it wouldn't pull the 1/4 on nitrous....

My best 60' on motor was a 1.52 and my 60' on the spray was a 1.42....

The closest pass to my 1/4 mile time (that I saw) was Jim Larson's nitrous pass and he laid down a 10.80 in the 1/4 mile on the spray...... (his car is much faster then that though)

So, to answer your question Seth.....I believe I had the fastest "all motor" passes of the day and had the fastest nitrous pass in the 1/8th mile.......I may be wrong since I left when the rain came (so someone correct me if I'm wrong) and I also had to leave because it was getting dark and the headlight switch on my truck was not working!!

    (sorry guys, I can't resist)

The leaf spring car put a SPANKIN on the ladder bar cars!!!!!!!!!!!:bananaman

All I have left to say is------ I wish the blown cars would have been at the track so they could have gotten some of the spanking too!!!!!!! j/k
