    Me too me too!!!!I just heard about a mav/comet that had this done. something about thunderbird and turbo coupe. Listen I don't know how or what but pullin 11 sex quarter miles with an inline 6 and no spray...I want it. I have to replace my carb and exhaust any way so while I'm at it.... Any info on a turbo charged thunderbird head that will kinda bolt up would be appreciated. I got guys that will make it work just get me in the ball park. My car is going to my body guy this wednesday...yeah!

    Was that a purpose built blow through carburetor or did you modify it to handle boost?
    If so what did you have to do?

    I saw a guy with a turbo-six. He used a turbo/wastegate piece off a ??????. Look it up. I say get the south american head which is aluminum and crossflow. Then run a TBI on it. Better yet you can try that F.A.S.T. system on it but you will need to make bosses for the fuel injectors. Intercool it with 14 lbs of boost. I'm sure you'll be running 300 horsepower with a cam! A car that light should take you to 13's at least.
