Machine shop said that the head was sealing good. They said it looked to be running rich (which i kind of figured, firing on 7 1/2 pistons)

Yeh, 140 posts. This is my first thread to reach 14 pages that could have been summed up to 3 at the most.
Its funny how this all happened and i still lucked out. 10 pages of info lead to..... NEw heads Getting a motor out of the deal.... Fixing my mistake... And my valve train geometry will be spot on.... So i guess this was a good thing

It had been replaced the day after so nope. I think it was just running WAY to rich and when the intake valve opened, that extra gas burned off in #2 cylinder.
