I use surf city street legal "beyond Black" tire pro believe it or not. it says the no gloss finish that shines. I discovered this by mistake on my side stripes when doing my wheels.

I have good amount of SEM satin trim paint on my car and had same acid rain spots.

I know what your thinking this is whacked but it really does work. try it on a small discreet area and I bet you just blast it all.

I have trim paint on my scoop and use Norton detail spray on it all the time. No spots and no shine. Still satin black but clean. Norton has no SILICON. Important if you ever plan on painting the car, ever. SILICON is a nightmare and has no place on a car.
