It's only been a few months since we bought our maverick and joined the forum. But with the job loss and uncertain future, we've had to sell it. The buyer should be here Sunday to take her away to a new home in Georgia. I'd like to thank everyone on here for the warm welcome, excellent advice, and great fun. Maybe we'll be back someday. Until then - may the Lord bless you richly and keep you safe.

    All the best...:tiphat:

Sorry for the loss of your job and hard times. I am afraid a lot of people will be hitting hard times in the next year with the tax problems they will see.
    Good luck

Sorry about the job loss and having to sell the car, but what I don't understand is why you have to go? Plenty of other stuff to talk about around here other than cars................. No reason to say goodbye

I guess because I don't know much about Mavs or Fords - LOL - but I'll be sure to poke around from time to time. :)

Like I said still PLENTY to talk about here:thumbs2:

Look at forums like this...................... Come for the tech, stay for the drama.:16suspect

Seriously I've never understood why people think they need to leave just cause they sold a car, got another brand, or whatever reason. I have not had some cars for atleast 5 years but I still travel the forums on a daily basis. Sometimes you can help some one with a quick question or bs in the lounge without a car in the garage.

Same thing goes with local meets, I drive my mustang to more "import" meets around here and I have not driven a import in years! In the end there still good guys and fun to hang around with sometimes(y)

You could stick around and show support with prayers when requested

Hey, that could describe a lot of folks around here :rofl2:. Stick around, enjoy the company. Lots of good folks on here to just talk with. Don't have to have a car to enjoy this board! :tiphat::Handshake
