So I replaced my rear brake shoes and tomorrow I need to go pick up new drums. With new drums and shoes I anticipate the fit being very tight. As in I wonder if I'll be able to get the pads over the shoes without spinning the adjuster all the way down. My question is this- What is the proper procedure for setting up drums after a full rebuild. I haven't worked on drum brakes since my first Maverick in high school, so I can't remember how I did it back then. Thanks for any help.

Excellent late night brain fart. That exact process is in my old Chiltons. Thanks for the memory jog!
